Accessibility Statement

At The Resurrectors, we are committed to making theresurrectors.com usable by people of all abilities. Everyone should be able to read about the book, place an order, and reach us with ease and independence.

What web accessibility means

An accessible site lets visitors with disabilities browse and interact with the same ease and enjoyment as everyone else. It is achieved through a combination of system capabilities, assistive technologies, and deliberate design choices.

What we have done

We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Steps taken on this site include:

  • Clear, consistent heading structure on every page
  • Alternative text for images that carry meaning
  • Color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements
  • A logical content order for screen readers
  • Support for keyboard navigation and assistive technology
  • Restraint with motion and animation
  • Accessible formatting for video, audio, and downloadable files

Partial conformance, and why

We describe this site as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Some content depends on third-party tools we do not control — embedded media players, payment and checkout providers, and our email signup form. Those features may not meet the same standard, and we work with our providers where they fall short.

This site moved to a new platform in 2026. We are reviewing the new build against the guidelines above, and this statement will be updated as that review completes.

Tell us where we fall short

If you run into a barrier on this site, or need something here in a different format, please tell us. We want to know.

Email info@theresurrectors.com and describe what you were trying to do and what got in the way. We respond to accessibility requests as a priority and will provide the information in an alternative format wherever we can.
